I am pleased to inform you that we have completed an unprecedented study of the forgotten Katas of Kodokan Judo.
This Important Project has been undertaken by Jose A. Caracena and Bruce R. Bethers. In this work presents the 6 Kata that are not widely practiced today in judo, along with their history, objectives, evolution, techniques, etc. including the translation of historical documentation, photos etc.
It is a technical as well as historical work, where we are making known this wonderful part of Traditional Kodokan Judo and that unfortunately has fallen mostly into oblivion.
To carry out this project we surrounded ourselves with excellent historians, researchers, translators etc.
